MANUTENZIONE: immergere la pirofila in acqua tiepida per 12 ore, successivamente è sufficiente evitare shock termici come porre la ceramica rovente su piani bagnati o sotto l’acqua fredda. Dopo il lavaggio, lasciarla asciugare capovolta prima di riporla in dispensa.

Questo prodotto in terracotta pirofila è stato appositamente studiato per la cottura dei tuberi, come le patate, senza l’utilizzo di acqua. Si possono aggiungere olio, pepe od altre erbe aromatiche a piacimento.
